24 hours Blood Pressure Monitoring
Ambulatory Blood Pressure (BP) monitoring is a non-invasive method to obtain blood pressure recordings over a 24 hour period. It involves wearing a small cuff around the arm which is then attached to a small monitoring device worn on a belt. The cuff will automatically inflate at regular intervals throughout the 24 hour period. Throughout the day this will be every 20 minutes and after 10pm this will be hourly.
