Your booking is valid only if you receive a confirmation email.
Wasted appointments may mean another patient who wants to see their GP or Practice Nurse is unable to due to limited availability. We respectfully request that if something arises meaning you may miss or be late for an appointment in the future, you kindly let us know at least 2 hours in advance. Your appointment can then be given to someone else and a new one can be offered to you if needed.
Failure to cancel your appointment on time will result in a full consultation charge, this will come into effect from February 1st 2019.
If you are planning an Annual health check, Diabetes check-up or blood tests for any other reason please ensure you have your bloods done with our practice nurses/phlebotomist, 2 weeks in advance of seeing your doctor. This will enable a more comprehensive medical consultation.
